摘要
通过对瓦状线圈磁场建模、计算,并与侧靠式线圈磁场计算结果进行比较,从理论上分析了瓦状线圈在基于磁控放电法进行内部气体压力测量中的可行性和优越性,从而为开展不拆卸测量灭弧室内部气体压力时线圈的选择和安置提供了理论依据。
The magnetic field of tile-type coil is modeled, calculated and compared with the side-type one. The feasibility and the superiority of the tile-type coil is analyzed theoretically which is applied in the internal pressure measurement with the magnetron discharge method. It is a theoretical support for performing internal pressure measurement of undetached vacuum interrupter.
