摘要
利用EtOH(乙醇)作为调质溶液,研究了CaO经EtOH2/H2O溶液调质前后的固硫 特性,以期发现EtOH/H2O溶液调质CaO后能使其获得最佳固硫效果的工况。详细研究了初 始水合温度、EtOH/H2O配比、燃烧炉温度、Ca/S等因素对CaO固硫率的影响。借助扫描电 子显微镜(SEM)对CaO经调质前后的微观结构进行了定性的分析,探讨了调质过程的机理。
The characteristics of capturing SO. with CaO modified by EtOH/H2O are studied to find the optimal behaviour of desulphurizer Several factors, such as initial hydration temperature, EtOH/H2O mixture ratio, combustion temperature, Ca/S, et al, which influence the effect of capturing SOx by CaO, are studied attentively. To search the mechanism of modified treatment the microscopic structure of modified CaO and not-modified CaO are analysized by means of SEM.
