石灰石焙烧特性对流化床脱除H_2S的影响

摘要 在小型流化床装置上,以长广石灰石为样品,进行了焙烧气氛、温度和焙烧时间等参数对石灰石脱除H2S反应影响特性的实验研究。在不同温度下,分别将石灰石在模拟煤气和模拟烟气气氛中焙烧60 s和300 s,然后直接在模拟煤气气氛下进行硫化反应实验,同时进行了未焙烧石灰石的硫化反应实验。实验结果表明,温度、焙烧时间和焙烧反应气氛对石灰石脱硫反应均有不同程度的影响。 A bench-scale fluidized bed is employed to study the effect of calcination atmosphere, temperature and calcinations duration on limestone removing H2S. Changguang limestone is used in this experiment. After being calcined in different temperatures under two atmospheres for 60s and 300s individually, these samples and uncalcined limestone are directly sulfidated under simulated coal gas. The result indicates different influence of temperature, calcination time and calcination atmosphere on sulfidation.
