摘要
在高温燃煤设备中,燃烧温度常常达到1 200 ℃,固硫产物CaSO4开始分解重新生成SO2,固硫率往往达不到要求.本文利用氧化物系列和碳酸盐系列所实验出的较有效的添加剂组合调制模拟工业废弃物,采用TG-FTIR联用技术,在线测定了各种氧化物系列复合固硫剂和碳酸盐列复合固硫剂对固硫产物CaSO4在高温(1 000~1 450℃)热稳定性的影响规律.结果表明,氧化物系列和碱土金属碳酸盐系列复合固硫添加剂均比CaO单独使用时使CaSO4推迟50 ℃多分解,对固硫产物CaSO4晶体在高温下的分解有明显的抑制作用.
CaSO4, the product of sulfur-fixation reaction, will decompose at the temperature higher than 1200 C that commonly appears in combustion chamber of boiler, which negatively affects the desulfurization in combustion process. In this paper TG-FTIR was exploited to investigate the effect of existence of oxides, carbonates and oxides/carbonates mixture in the combustion on thermal stability of CaSO4 at high temperature (1 000-1 450C). The results showed that the addition of oxides and carbonates of some alkaline-earth metals in sulfur-fixation reagent will enhance the decomposition temperature of CaSO4 by more than 50 C, which confirmed the effect of these additives on prohibition of CaSO4 decomposition.
