摘要
用约束条件法和综合期望值法相结合,对NR/SBR/BR共混硫化胶的多目标优化问题求解,即 。实验表明,该硫化胶硬度(邵尔A型)为66~68度和69~71度,其多目标优化配方的综合期望值较高,其中硫化胶的疲劳寿命、老化系数和磨耗等各项物理机械性能都达到较佳的平衡。该法快速、高效。
The multiple optimization of NR/SBR/BR blend compounds formulation was solved by the combination method of composite desirability and constrained optimization,The method could achieve an optimal balance of the fatigue resistance, aging resistance and abrasion resistance of the compounds.
