摘要
通过对我国教育部和科技部所属11家科技查新机构的26份查新报告著录格式的调研,分析这些查新报告的基本信息、查新项目名称、查新目的、科学技术要点、查新点、查新要求、文献检索范围、检索策略、检索结果、查新结论等栏目在著录格式和内容方面的问题,并对上述各栏目的规范性著录方法进行了讨论,以促进我国科技查新报告格式的规范化。
based on 26 copies of survey recorded in the descriptive format of sci-tech novelty reports from 11 sci-tech novelty agencies belong to the Chinese Ministry of Education and China Science and Technology,analysis of these basic information of novelty report,the novelty project name,the novelty purpose,points of science and technology,the key points and the requests of novelty,the scope of literature search,literature search strategy,search Results,novelty conclusion and so on,through these fields’ descriptive content and deficiencies that existed,as well as the above-mentioned part of the specification and accuracy of the descriptive method is discussed in order to promote the standardization of China sci-tech novelty reports format.
