摘要
分析了科技查新的重要性和意义,在大量文献阅读与分析的基础上,对国内科技查新的研究现状进行了综述,从科技查新的起步到现在,有关科技查新的研究主要集中在重要性及意义研究、存在的问题及发展对策研究、高校图书馆与科技查新的关系研究、科技查新各个环节的实践研究、科技查新的质量机制研究、医药卫生科技查新研究以及联机检索系统与网络资源在科技查新中的应用研究等。
In this paper, we analyze the importance and significance of novelty of sci-tech and review the literature. From the start, researches of novelty mainly focus on following topics： significance, problems and countermeasures, relation- ship between university library and novelty, links of practice of novelty, quality assurance research, medicine and health novelty, appliance of line retrieval system and internet resource in novelty of sci-tech
