摘要
采用HPLC法测定氨茶碱片中无水茶碱的含量。色谱柱:天津兰博C18,流动相:甲醇-水(30:70),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:275nm。线性范围5.6～44.5μg.mL-1,r=1.0000,平均回收率为97.91%(n=6),RSD为0.94%。本法操作简便、方法准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
The method for determination of the anhydrous theophylline in aminophylline Tablets by HPLC was established.The LabAlliance C18 column with methanol-water（30∶70） as the mobile phase.The detection flow was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 275nm.The standard curves was linear relationship at the rang of 5.6～44.5μg·mL-1,r=1.0000.The average recovery was 97.91%（n=6）with RSD of 0.94%.The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of this Tablets.
