摘要
目的建立盐酸溴己新片的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为醋酸溶液-甲醇(30∶70),检测波长为247nm。结果盐酸溴己新质量浓度在10～80μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),方法平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.26%(n=6)。结论HPLC法灵敏、准确、专属性强,可用于盐酸溴己新片的质量控制。
Objective To determine a method for simultaneously detecting the contents of bromhexine hydrochloride in bromhexine hydrochloride tablet.Methods A C18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetic acid solution-methanol （30：70）. The UV detection wavelength was at 247 nm. Results The linearity was good for bromhexine hydrochloride within the range of 10- 80 μg/mL, r =0. 999 7, the recovery rate was 99.4% , RSD = 1.26% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and exclusive.
