摘要
目的探求各种肥料与南板蓝根产量及靛玉红含量之间的量化关系,最终筛选出种植南板蓝的最佳肥料。方法通过田间种植,取施用了不同肥料种类的南板蓝根的干燥地下根部药材,称其干物质重,粉碎,提取,用HPLC法测定其靛玉红含量,从而针对不同肥料种类对南板蓝根靛玉红含量的影响进行比较研究,应用Microsoft Excel统计进行方差分析比较。结果各肥料组与对照组的产量及靛玉红含量有显著性差异;从产量及靛玉红含量看,其含量大小顺序均为农家肥>化肥>生物肥>空白对照。肥料种类以南板蓝根靛玉红含量最高者为准,同时综合考虑其产量,故南板蓝根规范化种植中,肥料应首选农家肥。结论不同肥料种类对南板蓝产量及靛玉红含量影响差异较大,在南板蓝根种植中应注意科学合理地选择适宜肥料。
Objective To seek the quantitative relationship of different fertilizers with yield of Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi and its indirubin content,and to screen out the optimal fertilizer for planting Baphicacanthus cusia Bremek.Methods We adopted field plantation,and applied different fertilizers for the plants of Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi.After harvesting Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi,we weighed the dry weight.After grinding and extracting Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi,the content of indirubin was determined by HPLC.According to the effect of different fertilizers on indirubin content,we made the comparative study,and performed variance analysis and multiple comparison with the application of Microsoft Excel.Results The yield of Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi and indirubin content were in a decreasing sequence in the following groups:farmyard manure group chemical fertilizer groupbiological fertilizer groupblank control group.In consideration with the highest indirubin content and the yield of Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi,farmyard manure can be the optimal one.Conclusion There is great difference among yield of Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi and its indirubin content after applying different fertilizers,and farmyard manure is the first choice in the GAP of Baphicacanthus cusia Bremek.
