摘要
目的：研究从青黛中提取靛玉红最佳工艺。方法：青黛首先用１８ ％ 盐酸处理，乙酸乙酯提取，再经９５ ％ 乙醇转溶，最后用０ ．１ ％ ＮａＯＨ沉淀取得。结果：靛玉红含量提高２４０ 倍。结果：本法可用于含靛玉红的滴丸生产。
Objective: To study opticual extraction process of Indirubin from Indigo. Method: Indigo is first treated with 18% chlorhydric acid, second with ethyl acetate, soluted with 95% ethanol, and finally precipitated with 0.1% NaOH. Result: Extraction rate of Indirubin from Indigo naturalis increases by 240 times. Conclusion: The method can be used for production of drops containing Indirubin.
