摘要
目的测定不同来源途径的南板蓝根重金属元素(铜、铅、镉、砷以及汞)的残留量,制定其限量标准,为补充《中国药典》中南板蓝根的重金属检查项目和检验方法,进一步完善南板蓝根质量标准的制定奠定基础。方法用微波消解法对样品进行消解,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定样品中铜、铅、镉的含量,采用流动注射氢化物原子吸收光谱法测定样品中砷、汞的含量。结果重金属Cu、Pb、Cd、As及Hg元素含量的平均值分别为12.45,3.63,0.322,1.33,0.124,17.53mg/kg。施用化肥的15号和购自私家药店的25号样品中,镉(Cd)和砷(As)元素含量均超过我国《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》的限量标准,且汞(Hg)元素和重金属总量接近限量标准。结论按平均值上浮20%计算,结合"药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准"要求以及样品测量数据的分布规律,南板蓝根中Cu、Pb、Cd、As及Hg元素含量限度值分别暂定为不得过15.00mg/kg、4.40mg/kg、0.30mg/kg、1.60mg/kg及0.150mg/kg,总重金属元素含量限度值暂定为不得过20.0mg/kg。
Objective To determine the residue of heavy metal (Cu, Pb, Gd, As and Hg) of Rhizoma et Radix Baph- ieacanthis Cusiae from different original places and to make its limit standard, thus for completing the analytical items and test methods of heavy metal of Rhizoma et radix baphicacanthis cusiae in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and further improving the quality standard of its formulations. Methods Samples were digested by microwave digestion method. The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS)was used in the determination of the content of Cu, Pb, and Gd. Contents of As and Hg were measured by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrome- try. Results Average contents of heavy metal of Cu, Pb, Gd, As and Hg were 12.45, 3.63, 0.322, 1.33, 0.124 and 17.53 mg/kg, respectively. In sample 15 (cultured with chemical fertilizer) and sampled 25 (bought from individual drugstore), the content of both Cd and As exceeded the limit standard of The Import and Export Green-industry Cri- terion of the Drug Plant and Preparation, and Hg content and the amount of total heavy metal were close to the limit standard. Conclusion According to the calculation of an average growth rate of 20% and by combining The Import and Export Green-industry Criterion of the Drug Plant and Preparation with the distribution of measured data of the samples, we tentatively give the content limit of heavy metal of Cu, Pb, Gd, As and Hg less than 15.00 mg/kg, 4.40 mg/kg, 0.30 mg/kg, 1.60 mg/kg and 0.150 mg/kg respectively, and the content limit of total heavy metal does not exceed 20.0 mg/kg.
