摘要
目的观察续断总皂苷和三七总皂苷配伍对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法采用双侧摘卵巢手术建立大鼠原发性骨质疏松模型,术后3个月开始连续给药3个月,观察续断总皂苷和三七总皂苷配伍对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学及骨代谢相关血清生化的影响。结果续断总皂苷和三七总皂苷配伍可显著增加大鼠股骨与腰椎的骨密度、提高骨生物力学(P<0.01),同时提高血清ALP的水平(P<0.01)。结论续断总皂苷和三七总皂苷配伍可使去卵巢所致的实验性骨质疏松大鼠骨密度增加,骨生物力学提高,有明显的治疗骨质疏松作用,且配伍后有一定的协同增效作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of combination of total saponin from Radix Dipsaci and Radix Notoginseng for ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis rats.Methods The osteoporosis rat model was developed successfully by bilateral ovariectomy,and medicines were consecutively administered for the next 3 months three months after the operation.Bone mineral density(BMD),biomechanical properties of femur and lumbar vertebra,and serum biochemical assays associated with bone metabolism were measured at the termination of therapy.Results After treatment for 3 months,the combination of total saponin from Radix Dipsaci and Radix Notoginseng could markedly increase BMD,biomechanical properties of femur and lumbar vertebra,and serum ALP in ovariectomized rats(P 0.01).Conclusion The combination of total saponin from Radix Dipsaci and Radix Notoginseng has remarkable synergetic actions by increasing BMD and biomechanical properties,and by preventing ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis in rats.
