摘要
利用未孕小鼠、妊娠大鼠及小鼠的离体子宫研究川续断作用。结果表明，川续断浸膏、总生物碱及挥发油对未孕或妊娠小鼠子宫皆具有显著的抑制收缩作用，浸膏与挥发油能抑制妊娠小鼠离体子宫的自发收缩频率。总生物碱及挥发油能够显著地抑制妊娠大鼠子宫的收缩幅度，总生物碱具有降低张力的作用。
Effects of Dipsacus asperoides were studied on the isolated uterus of mouse and rat.Ethanol extract,total alkaloids and essential oil markedly inhibited the spontaneous mechanical activity of isolated virgin and pregnant mouse uterus.Their effects on pregnant mouse uterus were stronger than those on virgin mouse.Essential oil and ethanol extract also suppressed the spontaneous contractile frequency of pregnant mouse.On contractile intensity uterus from pregnant rat,total alkaloids and essential oil had the same effects,and total alkaloids decreased tonicity markedly.
