摘要
高含蜡减压馏分油生产石蜡时,老式的“冷榨脱蜡-发汗脱油”工艺不能适应;传统的“溶剂脱蜡-脱油联合工艺又太复杂;本文提出的“馏分油直接溶剂脱油”制蜡新工艺,可以简化制蜡工艺流程,改善蜡结晶和过滤条件,提高装置生产率和产品质量.新建成的15×10~4 t/a生产装置可以取得低油分硬蜡.
Abstract For the production of wax from VGO of high wax content, the old-fashion pressing and sweating and deoiling combination appears too complicated.The direct solvent deoiling technique presented in this paper has the advantages of simplifying the flow scheme, improving the crystallization and filtration of wax and enhancing the yield and quality of product. The newly built 150,000 tons/yr unit has recently put on stream and has revealed its merits. High melting, low oil content wax has been successfully produced from VGO with a oil content as high as 35,%
