沈阳原油减压渣油合理利用的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 沈阳原油减压渣油富含微晶蜡而胶质、沥青质含量较少,可通过溶剂脱沥青和溶剂脱油工艺生产高滴点微晶蜡等产品。文中给出了沈阳渣油的3种脱沥青的试验结果,据此提出了合理利用沈阳渣油的建议,并对比了沈阳渣油脱沥青生产微晶蜡与经延迟焦化生产轻质油和石油焦的经济性,说明了前者的优越性。建议开展沈阳渣油超临界丙烷精密分离的开发工作。 Abstract The vacuum residue of Shenyang crude oil is rich in microcrystaline wax and contains less resin and asphalt. It can be used to produce high dropping point microcrystaline wax and other valuable products by solvent deasphalting, solvent deoiling, and other processes. In this paper, laboratory results of three deasphalting processes on Shenyang residue are presented and compared,and accordingly the route of proper use of Shenyang vacuum residue is suggested. Economic comparison between producing microcrystaline wax by deasphalting and producing light oils and petroleum coke by delayed coking is also made, indicating that the former is much more advantageous. It is suggested the development work on supercritical precise separation of Shenyang vacuum residue with propane should be carried out.
