摘要
试验研究一种SM 4 0润滑油脱蜡脱油助滤剂 ,该剂对脱蜡段过滤速度可提高 15 %～ 3 0 % ,脱蜡油收率提高2 %左右 ,而且对脱油段也有较好的助滤效果 ,并能提高微晶蜡滴点 2～ 4℃ ,试验证明 ,该剂对南阳原油减四线和脱沥青油有很好的助滤效果。
A kind of SM-40 filter aid for solvent dewaxing & deoiling of lube base oil processing is tested,indicating that it can improve the filter speed in dewaxing section by 15%～30%,the yield of dewaxing oil by 2% and the drop point of micro-crystalline wax by 2～4℃,and has better filter aiding effect on deoiling section.Tests show that this agent has good filter aiding effect for vacuum cut 4 and deasphalted oil from Nanyang crude oil.
