摘要
对油烟在自行合成的聚丙烯酸异丁酯(PIBA)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸丁酯(PMMA-BMA)和聚甲基丙烯酸十二酯-丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(PLMA-2-EHMA)等3种吸油烟树脂的吸附等温线和吸附速率曲线进行了研究.结果表明,随吸附温度的升高,3种丙烯酸系吸油烟材料上吸附容量降低;在试验范围内,油烟在3种丙烯酸系吸油烟材料上的吸附等温线都属于Ι型,为优惠型吸附等温线,并且随着温度的升高,吸附速率越快,达到吸附平衡所需要的时间也越短;油烟在3种吸油烟材料上的吸附动力学关系基本符合拟一级吸附速率模型;根据所得的速率曲线,计算出油烟在3种吸油烟材料上在不同温度下的传质系数和有效扩散系数.
In the work, the adsorption kinetic curves and the adsorption isotherms of oil fume on the synthesized resins including PIBA, PMMA-BMA and PLMA-2-EHMA at different temperatures were determined by gravimetric method. The results showed that the higher absorption temperature was, the lower adsorption capacity of three kinds of oil fumes were. In the study, the adsorption of the oil fume belong to type I, which is Langmuir equation. The higher adsorption temperature was, the faster adsorption vate was i.e. the shorter adsorption equilibrium time was. The adsorption kinetic curves of oil fume on the synthesized resins generally consistent with pseudo-first-order reaction kinetic model. Based on adsorption kinetic curves, the mass transfer coefficient and effective diffusion coefficient in the three kinds of resins at different temperature were calculated.
