摘要
用本实验室提出的小波变换二次微分示波计时电位法新方法测定甘草酸的含量,有效地去除了信号的噪音,在2.0×10-5~1.3×10-4mol/L范围内,甘草酸浓度与其二次微分的峰高有良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.999,标准偏差S为4.48×10-3(n=10),用于甘草甜素片样品的测定,平均回收率为99.91%(n=6)。
A new wavelet transform of second order differential oscillographic chronopotentionmetry for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid concentration was proposed . The calibration curve is linear over the range of 5.0×10 -5  ̄1.3×10 -4 ( R =0.999).The method has been used to determine glycyrrhizic acid concentration in the glycyrrhizin with satisfactory results.
