摘要
虚拟企业的组织模式设计是其运作管理的研究的一个重要方面 .本文在分析虚拟企业本质特点的基础上 ,提出了将现有建模思想与自组织原理相结合的理论方法 。
Design of virtual enterprise's organization model is an important aspect of study on virtual enterprise's operational management. In this paper, the analysis of essential characteristics of virtual enterprise has been made first. Then the theory of self organization model is developed, and the concrete way in organizational design and rules design base on organizational process of virtual enterprise has also been formulated in detail.
