摘要
采用文献研究与调查研究相结合的方法,论述了构建学校体操教学内容系统化的意义、含义和依据,并结合体操项目教学与训练的特征以及学生身心发展的特点,探讨了以构建大中小学教育系统为基础,促使学校体操教育良性发展的思路,以及改善我国学生体质不良现状的基本理念。初步构建了小学、初中、高中和大学阶段的体操教学内容体系,初步进行了教学试验并取得了良好效果。
With literature research and investigation,this paper discusses the method of combining the teaching content of building school gymnastics,the meaning and significance of systematic basis,combining gymnastics teaching and training of the students' physical and psychological characteristics and development,and probes into the characteristics of the secondary education system to build a large based education,school gymnastics development,thus improving the students' constitution in China with the basic idea of situation.It constructed primary school,junior high school,high school and university gymnastics teaching content system,and the teaching experiment achieved good results.
