摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、实验比较和逻辑分析等方法,对西南大学体育学院2005级运动训练专业男生1、2班进行了为期36周的体操课程程序教学实验,结果表明:运用程序教学能够加快学生掌握体操难度技术动作,提高运动技能,增强学习体操课程的自信心,并最大限度地提高教师的教学工作效率.
This paper records the one year(36 seeks) gymnastics course training experiment to male students in Class 1 and Class 2, Physical Training Major, Grade 2005, Physical Department, Southwest University, Chongqing. The means of documentary data (CNKI, Google), questionnaire, experimental comparison and logical analysis have been used in this paper. The experiment result indicates that using programmed instruction can accelerate students' confidence of learning gymnastics course, improve the teaching efficiency of teachers, and provide the scientific basis for course reformation of physical education.
