摘要
对裙带菜色素-蛋白质复合物PAGE分离过程中影响因素的研究表明,去污剂不同,分离得到的色素-蛋白质复合物的数目和种类有差异,在4种去污剂中,以DMG和DIG增溶的效果最好,游离色素较少.随着类囊体膜存放时间的延长,分离的色素-蛋白质复合物的数目和种类不变,但电泳后产生的游离色素增多.电泳分离结果与分离胶中Acr的质量浓度有关,最适质量浓度为100g/L,可分离出8种色素-蛋白质复合物.
The studies on effect of separation about the pigment protein complexes of brown alga Undaria pinnatifida have been shown. The results of PAGE separation varies with different kinds of detergent, the best separation is obtained by using of DMG or DIG. With the prolongation of cold storage at -20℃, the pigment protein complexes are the same in number and characteristic, but the free pigment produced by PAGE increases. The PAGE result is influenced by the concentration of Acr in running gel, the suitable concentration is 100g/L, with that 8 bands of pigment protein complexes are resolved.
