摘要
本法基于在微酸性(pH4~5)介质中,银(Ⅰ)与打萨宗生成内络盐显色络合物,被CCl4(或氯仿、苯)定量萃取,呈黄色,λmaxCCl4为460nm,ε460为305×104L·mol-1·cm-1.方法操作简捷,具有灵敏度和准确度比较高等特点,在01~25mg/L范围,符合Lambert-Beer定律.
A highly sensitive,easily operating, and precise spectrophotometric method for the determination of Ag(Ⅰ) has been worked out in slight acidic medium(pH4~5) utilizing diphenylthiocarbazone as a chelating agent. The complex obtained is quantitatively extractable into carbon tetrachloride (chloroform or benzene), shown yellow. λ max CCl 4 =460nm, molar absorptivity ε 460 =3 05×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . It has been observed that LambertBeer′s Law is obeyed in the range of 0 1~2 5mg/L.The method has been applied for the determination of Ag(Ⅰ) in gold concentrate, the results are satisfactory.
