摘要
合成了5-(2-(4-氯苯酚)偶氮)-罗丹宁。在pH6.95的NH4Ac缓冲溶液中,当有0.18%的SLS存在时,Ag(Ⅰ)与CPARH形成1:1络合物,λmax为480nm,ε为1.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Ag(Ⅰ)含量在0.011~5.40μg/mL范围内服从Beer定律。所提出的方法用于精铜矿中微量银的测定,相对误差在5.0%以内。
CPARH [5- (2- (4-chlorophenol ) az ) -rhodanine] synthesized in this laboratory has been proposed as an analytical reagent. In a pH 6. 95 NH4Ac buffer solution containing 0. 18% SLS, silver(Ⅰ) forms an orange complex with CPARH, the molar absorptivity being 1. 0 ×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 480um. Over the range of silver (Ⅰ) concentration from 0. 011 to 5. 40 μg/mL Beer's law is obeyed. The proprosed method can beused to determine trace silver in ore samples.
