摘要
介绍目前国内研究设计的工业雷管装药自动检测主要使用的6种方法,并对其结构原理、工作原理以及优缺点进行了阐述。提出了今后雷管检测方案的发展方向,为进一步改善雷管产品的性能以及降低生产的危险性提供方案。
In this paper,the six methods of automatically detecting the filling power of industrial detonator are introduced in detail.At the same time the article expound the six projects' configuration and work principle,and six methods' merits-and-demerits.The state-of-the-arts of industrial detonator product line are summarized.By comparing the main methods,forecasted the direction of detect detonator,and provided the project to improve capability of detonator as well as reduce the fatalness.
