摘要
针对现有倒车雷达测距范围窄,制作成本较高的现状,从提高发射模块功率和接收模块灵敏度出发,采用中频变压器构建发射模块,并利用SONY CX20106A芯片设计接收模块,从而设计出一种成本低、测距范围宽、测距精度高、稳定性好的超声波倒车雷达设计方案。经测试结果表明,实验板的精确测距范围达到0.3~6.0m,测距精度小于5 cm,且具有较低的制作成本。
Ultrasonic range finder for parking has the problems like narrower measuring range and high cost.To solve these problems,research was done to improve the power of the transmitting module and the sensitivity of the receiving module.The transmitting module was constructed by intermediate-frequency transformer,and the receiving module was designed on SONY CX20106A chip.Thus a new design had been implemented,which had low cost,wider measuring range,better precision and stability.Test result showed that the experimental board could discover the obstacles from 0.3 m to 6.0 m with ranging accuracy smaller than 5 cm.Besides,the cost was lower.
