摘要
在对米样进行感官鉴定的基础上，对不同米样的碱消度图谱进行了研究和统计分析，结果证明，可利用泰国香米和泰国白米的碱消度图谱的差异，快速而准确地测出泰国香米的纯正度（含量）.这种方法可为海关及商检部门对进口泰国香米的检测及市场打假提供一个快速而有效的方法.
The alkali spending maps of different rice samples were studied and statistically analyzed. The results showed that the contents of Thai Horn Rice in the mixed rice sample of Thai Horn Rice and Thai Rice could be quickly detrmined by its alkali spending maps. This method could be used to specify the Purity of Thai Horn Rice sold in the markets.
