摘要
通过对锅炉高温过热器出现的大面积裂纹进行分析,证明该裂纹属于再热裂纹。同时对G102钢再热裂纹敏感温度进行了讨论,认为初始应力水平会改变材料的再热裂纹敏感性曲线。
Through analysis on the widespread crack in high temperature superheater unit of boiler,stress relief cracking has been proved.Base on discussion on the sensitive tempe-rature of stress relief cracking,it is regarded that initial stress level could change the sensibility curve for the same metal on stress relief cracking.
