摘要
对医疗质量进行过程控制,是建立现代医院质量体系的必然要求。通过系统分析,论述医疗活动过程、过程质量控制与并行工程原理的内在联系,认为:运用并行工程原理和技术,能够提高全员质量意识;规范医疗行为,减少医疗纠纷;有助于实现医疗活动过程控制;有利于建立中国特色的医院现代化管理模式。
In process monitoring of quality of medical services, the theory and pracitice of parallel engineering contribute important complementary information and collaboration in: overall consideration and all - round arrangement for there to he no oversights and omissions; timely coordination of complicatedly interrelated various links in process monitoring for common interests of health services; professionally - based exploration to enable basic performance measures to be collected reliably and efficiently so that effecrive investment could be made; realization of quality assurance, which is dynamic, flexible, responsive to economic imperatives, and at the optimal achievable level within available resources.
