摘要
舵角采集是现代自动舵控制系统中的重要组成部分。针对传统舵机控制系统中舵角的模拟采集存在的精度,成本等问题,提出了采用AS5040对舵角进行数字采集。通过对磁角度传感器AS5040的工作原理分析,介绍了其在舵角反馈机构中的应用及软、硬件设计。相对传统的角度采集方式,采用AS5040对角度进行数字化采集的方式能够克服模拟信号的不稳定性。同时由于获得的角度信号是数字量,可以确保其与数字电路进行无缝链接,避开了模拟信号中间复杂的A/D采样过程。且AS5040成本低廉,可以更加广泛应用。
Rudder angle acquisition is one of the most important parts in modern autopilot control system.Based on the precision and cost problems of analog rudder angle acquisition in traditional autopilot system,AS5040 is proposed to acquise rudder angle digital.After analyzing the working elements,hardware and software designs are descriped in rudder angle feedback mechanism.Compare with traditional angle acquisition methods,digital acquisition with AS5040 can overcome the insability of analog way.At same time,with the angle signal is digital,AS5040 can connect with digital circuit directly without analog to digital sampling.The low cost of AS5040 make it wildely used.
