摘要
针对常用的光电式角度传感器无法调节测量精度而难以适用多种场合的问题,设计了一种新型测量精度可调的角度传感器及其信号处理电路。角度传感器包括感应转盘、转轴、霍尔传感器和精度控制开关,其中感应转盘随转轴一同转动,感应转盘上设置多个磁感应器,磁感应器通电后产生磁场,当转轴转动后磁感应器经过霍尔传感器的位置时,霍尔传感器输出相应的电信号,通过信号处理电路即可实现对应角度信号的检测。当需要调节测量精度时,通过精度控制开关可以改变磁感应器的通电状态,从而实现角度测量精度的调节。最后通过实验验证了设计的角度传感器测量原理的正确性。
For common photoelectric angle sensor, the measuring accuracy can not be adjusted, so it is difficult to ap- ply to a variety of occasions. In this paper, a new angle sensor and its measuring circuit were presented, and the measuring precision of sensor can be changed. The angle sensor includes inductive turnplate, rotating shaft, Hall sensor and the accu- racy controller, inductive turnplate is fixed with rotating shaft, a plurality of magnetic sensors were arranged on the induc- tive turntable, the magnetic field was generated by magnetic sensors, and the Hall sensor output a corresponding electrical signal when the rotating magnetic sensor going through the Hall sensor position, the corresponding angle signal was detected through the measuring circuit. When the measuring precision need to be adjusted, it can be achieved to change the magnet- ic sensor power state through the precision controller. Finally, the experimental results show that the angle sensor measure- ment principle is correct.
