摘要
简述了复合式光电编码器的工作原理,针对现有永磁同步电机转子位置检测方法的不足,提出了使用复合式光电编码器对永磁同步电机转子初始位置检测及电机启动的方法,并通过以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的实验平台进行实验,实验结果表明,该方法可以满足实际使用的要求,实现了电机可靠启动、运行。
The operating principle of hybrid grating encoder was introduced and the shortcoming of PMSM rotor position detection measure used nowadays was analyzed. The initial rotor position detection of PMSM and the method of motor starting - up based on. hybrid grating encoder were proposed. The method was implemented by using the experimental hardware platform which takes the DSP as core. The experimental results showed that it could meet the needs of practical use, consequently,could start up the motor smoothly and successfully.
