摘要
通过对封头法兰结构特征及预紧过程的高度抽象,提出了弹性相关性系数的矩阵模型,并用试验测试数据求得系数矩阵.在同一封头螺柱多次预紧或同类封头螺柱的预紧过程中,该系数矩阵能用于分析预紧过程中螺柱之间的相互影响,预测螺柱预紧力的变化及探索所有螺柱具有相同的最终预紧应力的预紧方式.试验研究和数据分析结果表明:在实际预紧操作中,该模型可用弹性相关性系数矩阵模型预测螺柱预紧力,并确定满足预紧条件的初始预紧载荷.
A mathematical model of elastic correlation coefficient matrix is being proposed by highly abstracting the structural features of flange and the pre-tightening process of bolts, so as to study the elastic interaction in bolted joints. The coefficient matrix may be solved based on experimental data. In the process of tightening bolts of a head repeatedly or bolts of several similar heads simultaneously, the coefficient matrix can be used to analyze the interaction between bolts during pre-tightening process, predict the variation of clamp load and explore the pre-tightening method when all the bolts have a same final clamp load. Experimental study and data analysis show that the proposed model is able to provide a good prediction of initial tension for actual pre-tightening of bolt joints, and determine the level of initial load.
