摘要
通过对火电厂热力系统的研究,建立了热平衡和等效热降计算新型通用数学模型,并开发了火电厂热力分析与经济诊断通用系统。实际应用表明,该系统编程方便,组态灵活,精度较高,通用性强,对采用计算机进行火电厂热力系统分析与经济诊断具有实际应用价值。
Calculating methods of thermal balance and equivalent enthalpy-difference are very useful for the thermodynamic calculation, optimizing design, operation and economic analysis of thermal power plants. However, the available calculating methods can only be used for units of specific type. For different types of heater and thermodynamic system, different calculating methods must be applied. It is therefore essential to develop general mathematical models which can be applied for various types of power unit. Based on an extensive investigation on different thermal power units, general mathematical models for thermal balance and equivalent enthalpy-difference calculation were established in this work. A common system for the thermodynamic analysis and economic diagnosis of thermal power plants was developed using these models, and calculations were carried out for a 200 MW thermal power plant. A comparison of the calculating results with those from other sources shows that the new established models are of high accuracy and good practicability.
