摘要
食品包装材料引起食品的安全性事件频发是由于各类食品包装材质、添加剂、微生物等溶出迁移至食品中和食品包装检测体系不健全所致。研发推广新型食品包装材料、建立健全检测体系和加强各部门联合监管是解决现有食品包装安全的关键。
Frequent accidents of the food safety was caused by various types of materials, additives and mi- crobes of the food packaging dissolve out and move to food, and food packing detection system is imperfect. Re- searching and developing new food packaging materials, establishing and perfecting the detection system and strengthening joint supervision by all departments jointly is the key to solve the existing food packaging safety.
