摘要
以工业氧化铝管作隔膜材料制备了高温用Ag/Ag2SO4(摩尔分数N=01)Na2SO4参比电极。在硫酸钠熔盐(900℃)中对其性能进行了检测校定,表明在高温熔盐条件下,作为电化学测试用的参比电极具有结构简单,稳定性、重现性好的特点,可以完成各种电化学参数的测量。实验标定了这种以工业氧化铝管作隔膜材料的电极作为熔盐中碱度测量用钠探头的特性。
High temperature Ag/Ag2SO4 (N=0.1)Na2SO4 reference electrode was prepared by using commercial Al2O3 tube as the barrier diaphragm material. The properties of this reference electrode were measured and calibrated in molten Na2SO4 at 900. It was shown that this reference electrode has the features of simple structure, longperiod stability and good repeatability, which was beneficial for the measurement of various electrochemical parameters. The feature of this reference electrode, which can be used as a Na+ probe to measure basicity in molten salt, were calibrated as well. An equation to calculate the value of basicity was given.
