摘要
近几年的各种技能大赛培养锤炼了一批技术技能型人才,同时也有效地推进了中等职业学校的教育教学改革,特别是在实训教育模式和教学方法上取得了明显的成效。现结合组织并参与多种技能大赛的成功经历和体会,阐述了技能大赛对课程教学模式、课程内容整合、课程教学方法、师资队伍建设和考核评价方法改革等方面的作用和影响,从而充分利用技能大赛平台提高师生的综合职业能力,为社会培养出更多的实用型人才。
Various kinds of skill competitions bring up a lot of technical talents in recent years,and carry forward the educational reform of vocational school effectively,especially in education model and teaching method.Combined with the successful experience of organizing and participating in various skill competitions,the article expatiates the effect of skill competitions on teaching model,curriculum integration,teaching method,teacher team construction and training,testing method reform and so on,which can enhance the comprehensive professional ability of teachers and students,and bring up lots of practical talents for our society.
