摘要
目的探讨痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗支气管肺炎患儿的临床效果及其对C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法 60例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患儿均给予常规抗生素治疗,治疗组在常规抗生素治疗的基础上给予痰热清注射液治疗,两组疗程为7～10 d。评价两组临床疗效,观察不良反应,采用透射比浊法测定CRP水平。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组(86.7%),相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP水平与治疗前比较均显著下降,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显的不良反应。结论痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗支气管肺炎患儿是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,并且能明显地降低患儿血清中CRP浓度,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of Tanreqing injection and antibiotics in children with bronchial pneumonia and its effect on C-reactive protein（CRP）. Methods Sixty children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all children were given conventional antibiotic therapy,but the treatment group was additionally received Tanreqing injection.The therapeutic course of the two groups was 7～10 days.The clinical effect was evaluated,the adverse reactions were observed,and the CRP level was measured by nephelometry. Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of treatment group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（86.7%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The CRP levels of the two groups were both significantly decreased after the treatment,there were statistically significant differences between before and after the treatment（P0.05）,moreover,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.No significant adverse reaction was found in the two groups. Conclusions The combination therapy of Tanreqing injection and antibiotics is a safe and effective method in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia,moreover,it can significantly reduce the serum concentration of CRP.It is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
