摘要
目的:观察痰热清液联合抗生素治疗老年肺炎临床疗效。方法:选择我院2009年1月～2010年7月收治65例老年肺炎随机分成二组,其中治疗组31例,应用痰热清液联合抗生素,对照组34例,单纯应用抗生素。结果:治疗组有效率83.9%,对照组61.8%,二组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清能提高老年肺炎疗效,且副作用小,值得推广使用。
ObJective： To observe the clinical etlect ot the combined treatment ot Antibiotics and lanreqlng injection on the aged pneumonia. Methods： 65 hospitalized cases with the aged pneumonia from January 2009 to July 2010 were randomly divided into 2 groups, 31 patients in the treatment group were treated with Tanreqing injection combined with Antibiotics, 34 patients in control group were treated with pure Antibiotics. Results： The total effective rate was 83.9% in treatment group and 61.8% in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tanreqing can significantly increase therapeutic effect of the aged pneu -monia with little side effect, and worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice.
