摘要
一国的对外政策是决策者根据国家利益在理性选择的基础上制定的。但是,决策者制定外交政策又是处在一个复杂的国内政治环境之中,从而使得国内政治影响对外政策的制定与实施。从美国来看,其国内政治中的宪政民主、治理机构、利益集团等因素对冷战后美国对外政策的制定与实施也产生了深刻的影响。
Foreign Policy of a nation is made by the decision maker at the basis of rational choice according to national interests.But the decision maker has to confront comprehensive domestic political environment during the process of making foreign policy and its result is domestic politics influence the formation and implementation of foreign policy.From the perspective of the U.S.,the factors of its domestic politics,including constitutionalism,democracy,presidency,congress,interests group and mass media,etc.influence American foreign policy after the Cold War.
