摘要
非洲具有独特的历史文化和发展轨迹。一直以来,由自然经济支配的生产结构在非洲的发展中有着重大价值。进入近现代,西方的介入致使非洲的内部化过程遭到冲击,发生了趋殖民主义意向的转变。美国自独立始,就在国家利益建设进程中,通过将认识、目标和行动排列组合,不断创造出美国对非洲扩张的条件与过程。美国(或西方)认同的商品经济模式由此植入非洲,并瓦解了非洲的自然经济传统,最终引发历久弥新的政治后果。即便今天,当非洲在应对政治、经济困境或维护权利和利益时,很容易就转到对自然经济维系的传统生产结构的诉求上去。
Africa has its unique history,culture and development courses,during which the natural economy-based production structure played the important role in the development of Africa for a long time.In modern times,the African internalization encountered the strong impact from the western intervention and resulted in the orientation towards colonization.Ever since the American independence,the US has been working on the ways of American expansion in Africa in the process of constructing American interests by arranging cognition,aim and action to form a unified whole.Since then the American or western ways of commodity economy began to infiltrate Africa,which undermined the tradition of African natural economy.Consequently,the impact on politics never faded its charm.Even today,when coping with the political and economical difficulties or trying to protect the African rights and interests,Africa is still inclined to appeal to the returning to the traditional structure of maintaining its natural economy.
