糖蜜酒精废水中镁离子对厌氧处理效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究糖蜜酒精废水中镁离子(Mg2+)对厌氧处理该废水的处理效果的影响。[方法]通过逐步投加六水氯化镁(MgCl2.6H2O),研究Mg2+浓度对出水COD去除率、Mg2+去除率以及pH值、VFA的影响,并通过厌氧活性污泥的驯化试验证明Mg2+对产甲烷菌的毒性类型。[结果]试验结果证明了在进水COD浓度为4000mg/L,废水体积和污泥体积分别为400和80ml时,Mg2+的最佳浓度为117~177mg/L。在pH=7.0,温度为35℃的前提下,80ml污泥对c(Mg2+)=354mg/L的含镁废水能达到最大吸收率73%。[结论]证实了Mg2+在厌氧降解过程中起到消化酶的作用,Mg2+浓度对糖蜜酒精废水厌氧处理效果存在低促高抑的规律。 [Objective]The effect of the magnesium ion in the wastewater from molasses alcohol on the anaerobic treatment of the wastewater was researched.[Method]The removal rate of COD and BOD,and the effect on pH value and VFA in the effluent water,treated by magnesium chloride,were analyzed.And the type of the bacteria that was killed by Mg^2+ was tested through the domestication experiment of anaerobic sludge.[Results]The result that the concentration of COD in the inflow water was 4 000 mg/L and the volume of wastewater and sludge was 400 ml and 80 ml,respectively,the optimal concentration of magnesium ion was 117-177 mg/L.On the premise of pH=7.0 and 35 ℃,the largest absorption rate of 80 ml sludge to the magnesium the wastewater with c(Mg^2+)=354 mg/L was 73%.[Conclusion]It was proved that the Mg^2+ played the role of digestive enzyme in the process of anaerobic degradation and the effect of the concentration of Mg^2+ on the wastewater from molasses alcohol was better under the condition its lower concentration and worse under its higher concentration.
