摘要
本实验分别将厌氧甲烷菌群用包埋法制成的活性甲烷菌固定化载体和传统方法使用的甲烷菌污泥在20升玻璃厌氧罐内组成甲烷菌固定化载体系统和甲烷菌污泥系统,以糖蜜酒精废水为底物同条件连续发酵,对各主要参数进行测定并进行对比分析。
In the experiement, reactive methane bacteria immobilized carrier made by investing method with anaerobic methane flora and conventional methane bacteria sludge are put into the 20-1itre glass anaerobic jars to form methane bacteria immobilized carrier system and methane baeteria system respectively. And continous fermentation is conducted on the equal terns with the molasses alcohol waste water as the substrate. The major parameters are measured and comparative analysis is made.
