摘要
[目的]研究秸秆生物反应堆技术对温室茄子光合能力的影响。[方法]以温室茄子为研究对象,采用栽培试验和室内测定分析相结合的方法,测定茄子叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度等光合指标。[结果]与对照相比,温室茄子叶绿素总量增加28.1%;光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度分别提高15.4%、24.9%、16.5%;蒸腾速率差异不明显。[结论]应用秸秆生物反应堆,可以明显提高温室茄子的光合能力。
[Objective]The effect of the straw bioreactor technology on the eggplant photosynthesis in the greenhouse was studied. [Method] With the greenhouse eggplant as research object,and combining cultivation test and indoor measurement analysis,the photosynthetic indicator including chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and the intercellular CO2 concentration,etc were mensurated. [Result] Compared with CK,chlorophyll content increased 28.1%,and photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration increased 15.4%,24.9%,16.5% respectively,while the transpiration rate had no significant differences. [Conclusion] The application of straw biological reactor can obviously improve the photosynthetic capacity of eggplant in the greenhouse.
