摘要
松滋市耕地污染主要来源于雨水冲刷废旧矿渣和农业面源污染。2016年松滋市加强了对农业生态环境的治理,对破坏生态环境的诸多因素进行了有效分析,发现历史沉积、环保意识薄弱以及防治机制不全等问题。同时,开展了耕地测土配方施肥、农作物绿色生产示范技术、畜禽场关停改造及健康养殖和农药化肥及废旧农膜回收等多项综合措施,使农业生态环境质量下降的局面得到有效遏制。并提出了推广科学施用肥料、加强畜禽粪便管理、推进水产标准化生产、完善耕地修复措施等方面的措施,积极发展绿色生产。

In 2016,Songzi city strengthened the governace of agricultural ecological environment,effectively analyzed many factorsthat destroyed the ecological environment,and found problems such as historical deposition,weak awareness of environmental protec-tion and incomplete prevention and control mechanisms. At the same time,a number of comprehensive measures had been carriedout,such as soil testing and formulated fertilization for cultivated land,green production demonstration technology of crops,shutdownand transformation of livestock and poultry farms and healthy breeding,and recycling of pesticides,fertilizers and waste agriculturalfilms,which effectively curbed the decline of agricultural ecological environment quality. Some measures were put forward to promotescientific application of fertilizer,strengthen the management of livestock manure,promote the standardized production of aquaticproducts,and improve the measures of farmland restoration,so as to actively develop green production.
