摘要
采用美国LI-COR公司的LI-6400便携式光合分析仪测定系统,研究日光温室嫁接茄株盛果期的光合特性,结果表明:茄子中上部叶片光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,有较明显的午休现象。第一峰值出现在11:30分左右,净光合速率Pn最高值为10.2μmol/(m2·s),第二峰值出现在13:00左右,峰值为9.4μmol/(m2·s)。气孔因素是造成光合午休现象的主要原因,午时高光强、高温和低相对湿度迫使叶片气孔导度降低,表现为胞间CO2浓度降低,水蒸气压差升高,蒸腾速率增加,这些特定的环境与生理变化是导致午休的主要原因。
The Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics of grafted eggplant on flourishing fruit in greenhouse. The result showed that the curve of photosynthetic daily variation of the upper position leaves had two peaks, with an obvious midday depression in eggplant leaf in greenhouse. The first peak occurred at about 11:30 am, the net photosynthetic rate was 10.2μmol/(m^2·s), the second peak occurred at about 13:00pro, the,net photosynthetic rate was 9.4μmol/(m^2·s). The main reason for the midday depression of photosynthetic rate was stomatal factors. At midday, light intensity was the largest, vapor pressure deficit between leaves and air reached maximum, but air relative humidity, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration reached minimum, occurred photosynthetic midday depression.
