摘要
通过高效液相色谱法量化研究培氟沙星或氧氟沙星对氨茶碱药代动力学的影响及临床意义。结果表明，培氟沙星对氨茶碱的消除动力学有显著性影响，临床伍用时应对氨茶碱血药浓度作监测，防止氨茶碱因代谢减慢而引起中毒；
The clinical effects of Pefloxacin or Ofloxacin on the pharmacokinetics of Theophylline were investigated quantitatively by HPLC when Theophylline with each of them was concomitantly administrated.The influence of Pefloxacin on the pharmacokinetics of elimination phase of Theophyllin in human was significant, and the combination of Ofloxacin and Theophylline was relatively safe.
