摘要
基于分子自组装理论,采用N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂(YDH602)在涤纶织物表面形成硅烷自组装层,吸附镍离子形成均匀的镍离子层,以硼氢化钠直接还原镍离子形成镍自催化活化中心,代替传统的贵金属钯活化法,在织物表面引发化学镀,建立硅烷偶联剂整理辅助涤纶织物化学镀铜-镍合金新工艺。采用正交试验对偶联剂整理工艺和活化工艺进行了优化;分析了镀铜-镍合金织物镀层形貌、组分和表面电阻。制备的铜-镍合金/涤纶复合织物导电性能较好。
Based on the theory of molecular self-assembling, silane self-assembled membrane was formed on PET fabric with silane coupling agent (YDH 602) N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylmethyl dimethoxy. Instead of traditional precious metal palla- dium activation, the silane self-assembled membrane could adsorb Ni ions to form uniform membrane, which was then directly reduced by sodium borohydride to form nickel autocatalysis activation center and trigger chemical copper-nickel alloy plating on PET fabric. Silane coupling agent finishing process and activation process were optimized with orthogonal tests, and the sur- face morphology, components and surface resistance of the membrane were analyzed. It was found that the electroless cop- per-nickel alloy plating PET fabric had good electric conductivity.
