摘要
应用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定大豆豆渣中镁的含量,实验结果表明,该方法有很好的线性关系,相关系数为0.994,加标回收率为90.4%~109.5%,相对标准偏差为5.5%,该方法简便、快速、准确度高、重现性好。
The content of Mg in soybean residues was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The result shows that the method takes on good linear relation,and its correlation coefficient is 0.994.The recovery rate of Mg is in the range of 90.4% ~109.5% with the relative standard deviation of 5.5%.This method is simple,fast and accurate.
